Featuring a professional audio system, industry-standard DJ equipment, dynamic lighting, fibre-based AVL networking and bespoke visual effects, the production transformed the beachfront venue into an immersive entertainment experience for guests.

For this high-profile private event, the production required a ground-supported technical setup capable of delivering powerful live sound, dynamic lighting and striking video playback, while complementing the premium beachfront setting and supporting both live performances and DJ entertainment.

The Solution


Evolution Technical designed and delivered a fully integrated AVL solution tailored to the unique requirements of the venue.


The audio system featured an L-Acoustics Kara ground-stacked line array powered by LA12X amplifiers, providing consistent, high-quality sound coverage across the event space. L-Acoustics floor wedges supported live performers, while the DJ booth was equipped with Pioneer CDJ-3000 media players and a DJM-900NXS mixer to meet professional performance standards.


Shure RF wireless microphones enabled speeches and live entertainment, with video playback integrated into the production system. A Luminex fibre network provided reliable signal distribution and control across all technical disciplines.


Lighting was installed on a Litec ground-supported truss structure, supporting Robe, Chauvet and Astera fixtures programmed via Road Hog lighting consoles. Custom gobo projections created water-inspired visuals at the venue entrance, delivering a memorable arrival experience for guests.
