Evolution Technical supported the PIF Saudi Ladies International at Riyadh Golf Club, providing technical production, stage management and backline support for the live entertainment programme. The project involved adapting the existing stage infrastructure from the preceding event while coordinating multiple specialist suppliers and touring teams for performances including Jason Derulo, Fouad Abdel Wahed and Hager Elkhasab.

The Challenge


With the event following closely after the previous week's production, the existing main stage needed to be efficiently transitioned and adapted for a new entertainment programme.


The production required structural modifications alongside coordination between staging, rigging, audio, lighting, video and artist teams, each with their own technical and performance requirements.

The Solution


Evolution Technical coordinated and managed the technical delivery across the different production departments, working with Showstak + iRig on staging and rigging requirements, partnering with CT across audio, video and lighting and with ER Productions on SFX.


The team also managed stage operations, backline requirements and all communication with international touring teams, helping integrate artist-specific requirements into the existing production infrastructure while maintaining an efficient event turnaround.

Outcome


The existing stage and technical infrastructure were successfully adapted for the PIF Saudi Ladies International, allowing the production to transition efficiently between consecutive major events.


Through coordinated technical management and collaboration between specialist suppliers and touring teams, the live entertainment programme was delivered around the requirements of multiple regional and international artists.
