Following the successful delivery of the inaugural event, Evolution Technical returned to the E1 Jeddah GP in 2025 to provide a complete AVL and network infrastructure package across the Fanzone and Hospitality areas.


Spanning a significant section of the Jeddah Corniche, the project supported fan engagement, premium hospitality and broadcast operations, requiring a robust technical solution capable of operating across multiple event zones.

The Challenge


The event required a reliable technical infrastructure capable of supporting thousands of visitors across a large outdoor site while simultaneously delivering broadcast connectivity, hospitality services and guest experiences. With multiple technical systems operating across the venue, seamless integration between audiovisual, networking and communications was essential to ensure uninterrupted event operations.

The Solution


Evolution delivered a comprehensive technical package tailored to the demands of the open-air venue. Large-format IMAG displays, distributed audio systems and architectural plus effect lighting enhanced the Fanzone experience, creating an engaging environment for spectators throughout the event.


A dedicated fibre backbone and network infrastructure were installed across the site, supporting guest Wi-Fi, hospitality operations, broadcast connectivity and critical event communications. Evolution also managed the complete AVL production, ensuring all technical systems operated as a single integrated platform with reliable performance across every event zone.
