Hosted by the UAE Ministry of Economy, INVESTOPIA 2024 welcomed more than 1,500 investors, business leaders and government representatives from around the world to the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort for two days of strategic discussions, investment roundtables and high-level networking.


Appointed to deliver the complete technical production, Evolution provided a fully integrated AVL solution that supported the forum's fast-paced programme, combining professional audio, video, lighting, networking and live content management within a demanding production schedule.

The Challenge


INVESTOPIA 2024 featured a dynamic programme of keynote addresses, panel discussions, roundtables and live presentations that required a highly flexible production environment.


Multiple speakers, evolving presentation content and continuous live coverage demanded reliable AVL systems capable of adapting quickly throughout rehearsals and live sessions.


Working within a compressed installation schedule, the technical infrastructure also needed to deliver flawless performance from the first rehearsal while supporting recording, livestreaming and real-time content updates without interruption.

The Solution


A fully integrated AVL solution was engineered to support every aspect of the forum. Large-format LED displays, professional audio systems, broadcast-quality camera technology,


Intelligent lighting and high-speed networking were combined into a unified production workflow, allowing content, presentations and live discussions to transition seamlessly throughout the event.


Advanced media server technology and redundant network architecture provided the flexibility to manage last-minute presentation updates while ensuring reliable performance across every technical department.

  • Installed a continuous 27-metre 2.6mm LED wall for presentations, branding and live content.
  • Deployed five PTZ cameras with portable production unit (PPU) for recording and livestreaming.

  • Installed an L-Acoustics professional audio system for venue-wide speech reinforcement.
  • Delivered a dynamic lighting design using Robe, SGM, Chauvet and Astera fixtures.

  • Implemented a 10Gb Luminex network architecture supporting AVB, Dante and Art-Net protocols with full redundancy.
