In December 2024, the Al Wathba Union Parade brought together thousands of visitors to celebrate the UAE's National Day with a large-scale public event featuring live performances, ceremonial moments and a spectacular parade experience.


Appointed by the UAE Presidential Court, Evolution Technical was selected to design, supply and deliver a comprehensive AV solution across the Grandstand, VIP hospitality areas, back-of-house facilities and mobile parade units, ensuring seamless technical integration across the entire event site.

The Challenge


Delivering the Al Wathba Union Parade required a robust and highly coordinated technical production solution capable of supporting a large-scale public celebration across multiple event zones. The production needed to provide consistent, high-quality audio, video and communications for the main stage, VIP hospitality areas, back-of-house operations and mobile parade units, all operating simultaneously.


With large audiences spread across an expansive outdoor venue, maintaining synchronized audio, reliable signal distribution and uninterrupted communications was critical. The technical infrastructure also needed to integrate seamlessly with the event environment, ensuring safe cable management, efficient operations and flawless performance throughout the celebration without disrupting the visitor experience.

The Solution


Evolution Technical delivered fully integrated AV infrastructure designed to provide reliable performance across every area of the event. Large-format LED displays, a premium Audio system, digital audio control, professional microphone systems and advanced networking technologies were combined to ensure consistent coverage, synchronized communications and seamless production throughout the parade.


Supporting infrastructure, including custom Litec truss bridging systems, provided safe and efficient cable management while preserving the visual presentation of the venue.
